TAMING THE SHADOWS

Recognizing and sustaining our light can be difficult as women because we often carry with us the shadows of perfectionism, imposter syndrome, a fear of failure along with a lack of confidence. We will examine the profound impact of these shadows on your self-perception and behavior. Learn how they keep you stuck in old patterns, your payoff for staying in place, and the path to getting yourself unstuck once and for all.

There’s no magical pill, hypnotic trance, or wishful thinking involved. Together we will focus on developing a new paradigm for living with an abundance of confidence and courage to radically shift your presence in the world.
