Playing it Big, Not Small

It’s the twenty-first century. Why are women still wrestling the confidence demon?

Armed with this data, I had my mission – to address women’s ubiquitous lack of confidence in both my corporate coaching, my keynotes, and my workshops. And with this new focus, my ootsiness disappeared.

Months later,  I launched UNSTOPPABLE, an 8-week online course for professional women, 35-75 yrs old. Now, in addition to this program, I am adding UNSTOPPABLE CONFIDENCE, keynotes, and workshops designed for women in the workplace between the ages of 30-55.

As part of our journey, we explore the socialization, cognitive patterns, and systemic factors that contribute to the confidence gap between men and women. At the same time, participants are given proven strategies and skills to activate and sustain their self-assurance and, by extension, their contributions to their organizations.

A seminal area of focus is how we may be settling for a life that is less than the one we are capable of living. In other words, how we Play Small.

We begin by examining our beliefs, behaviors, and actions using the questions below as a way to identify our relationship with this phenomenon. If you’re interested in seeing how you may be Playing Small, here are a few questions to prompt some self-reflection.

I will have more for you in next month’s newsletter as I continue on the Confidence theme.
