Going Big

Last month, just days after my newsletter Playing Small landed in your inbox, I listened to The Interview, a NY Times podcast featuring actor Al Pacino. The episode was titled “Al Pacino Is Still Going Big”—because, honestly, could Pacino ever do anything small?

The timing of the interview came at an opportune moment in my own development. While many of my friends and colleagues have retired and are enjoying a slower, more relaxed pace, I’ve chosen the opposite path. I’m ramping up my corporate coaching and speaking schedule, and I’m launching a new course: UNSTOPPABLE CONFIDENCE. When my friends ask, “Why are you expanding your business now, at your age?” my response is simple: like Pacino, I’m still going BIG.
