It’s Commencement Season

I love a good commencement.

The grandeur of Pomp and Circumstance.

Graduates strutting across the stage, triumphant, relieved and ready to rip off their gowns so the partying can begin.

The proud yet worried parents wondering how the hell their kid will get a job in this economy.

Commencements are exciting, hopeful, and terrifying all at once. They ask us to move forward with as much confidence and courage as we can muster. And adulthood, it turns out, is one long lifetime of commencements.

Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have —
it shifts depending on the situation, the stakes, and the story you’re telling yourself.

In my latest video, I’ll help you uncover what shapes your confidence, where it disappears, and what may be holding you back from showing up more fully.

Plus, download the new Confidence Quotient Worksheet to reflect on your own patterns, triggers, and growth areas.
