Executive Coaching

Peggy offers two Executive Coaching packages. The standard Jump Start is perfect for new clients needing to develop skills or those looking for a tuneup, while the Jump Start 360 is designed for individuals who require more comprehensive coaching with the involvement of colleagues during the process. After completion of an initial package, additional customized coaching is available in five and 10 hour packages.

Executive Coaching

Peggy offers two Executive Coaching packages. JUMP START PACKAGE

The Jump Start typically lasts one to three months and includes:

  • Assessment of coaching priorities, desired outcomes, benchmarks and resources needed for reaching goals

  • 13 hours of in-person and/or virtual coaching, including review of existing performance video when needed

  • A customized synopsis outlining techniques, behavioral prompts and homework

  • Summary of coaching sessions and assessment of future needs

JUMP START 360

The Jump Start 360 includes everything in the Jump Start Package, plus the following:

  • Pre-coaching input solicited from up to five supervisors, colleagues, HR personnel and/or direct reports

  • Coaching plan shared with supervisor including overview of strategies, prompts and goals

    • Mid-session feedback and final review provided to appropriate colleagues
