The Art of Tooting Your Own Horn Without Blowing It’ and ‘The Hard Truth About Soft Skills: Workplace Lessons Smart People Wish They’d Learned Sooner.’ Her ground-breaking work has been published in many prestigious publications such as the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review. Peggy is an in-demand communication expert, often booked on national news and popular morning shows.
In 2016, Peggy received the prestigious Coach of the Year award, which lauded her unmatched expertise in guiding individuals and companies toward new heights of success.
Beyond the boardroom, Peggy shares her wisdom in academia through guest lectures at Harvard’s Kennedy School and School of Public Health, Wharton’s Executive MBA Program, U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, or the Public Policy Institute at Georgetown University.
Peggy’s journey to becoming a renowned coach began with a background in the arts. She initially pursued a career as an actor and classical singer, earning advanced degrees in drama, speech, and theater from the London-based Royal Academy of Music and The Drama Studio. In Hollywood, she worked as a producer, director, and talent coach for prominent figures in the entertainment industry, including actors, comedians, musicians, and broadcasters associated with Paramount Studios, Warner Brothers, ABC, CBS, and NBC.
With her illustrious career and profound dedication to helping others succeed, Peggy continues to inspire individuals and organizations with her unparalleled expertise in both communication and leadership. When she’s not working, she can be found at her home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, enjoying the awe-inspiring beauty of the southwest.
